what is Embodied Presence Training?

Imagine if you could learn how to focus your energy in a way that is aligned to your nervous system, still get stuff done, and stay true to yourself and your sensitivities.

I’m here to tell you it is entirely possible to work less and do more. I’ve spent years practising and refining the art of safe expansion through embodied presence, and now I’m sharing this through my programs.

In my 40 years of healing work, the most powerful method I've come across is nervous system work. Through attuning to the messages being conveyed through your nervous system, you can change maladaptive habits, shift blocks, and transform past trauma. All with gentleness, ease and virtually zero effort.

You already know that your body needs to be on board to actualise your divine purpose and your soul gifts. So how do you expand your capacity to become magnetic to the Infinite, and all possibilities?

Expansion training focuses on creating the appropriate container of safety and preparing your nervous system so you can go deeper into the core of yourself as a healer and a human and build your support structure from the inside out.

When the fight/flight response becomes stuck on, people often feel distrustful of their bodies and become disembodied. Gentle embodiment practices restore safety and help people feel connected again. WHAT IS EMBODIMENT?

Many people confuse embodiment with grounding. Embodiment is the process of bringing your consciousness (energy) into your body, whereas grounding helps you stay here. When you are embodied, you feel healed and whole, no matter what's happening. You have more clarity and focus, feel more joyful, and your nervous system can create more comfort, ease and playfulness.
